This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Bennetts Farms and Foods Limited collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the bennettsfarms.co.uk website (“Site”). Delivery Policy
Order cut off times
We will deliver your order as it stands on our online ordering system at 2pm the day before your delivery is due. If you wish to amend your order, by either adding or removing items please let us know before 2pm on the day before delivery by either emailing us at orders@bennettsfarns.co.uk or telephoning us on 01905 422223, or making a change yourself via your online account
Delivery times
We aim to have all milk and groceries delivered by 7am, unless agreed with you that we will deliver later.
Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?
If you do not think we have delivered an item to you that you expected please have a good search around the outside of property. We do our best to leave your items out of sight and in the shade if possible. If you cannot find the item then please email us at orders@bennettsfarns.co.uk or telephone us on 01905 422223 as soon as possible in the day. We might be able to get a replacement to you.
If we are reasonably sure that we delivered your items to you (as per our delivery sheet) then it is entirely within our reasonable discretion to decide whether to agree to refund you for a missing item. We ask that you take your groceries into your house promptly after delivery to reduce the chance of the items being taken from your doorstep.
Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We operate a returns policy for faulty goods. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by telephone on 01905 422223 or e-mail at orders@bennettsfarms.co.uk. If you believe an item is faulty, please do not consume it, but store it in a reasonable manner for us to collect it from you.
Unwanted Goods
If we have delivered an item that was not cancelled before our 2pm cut off time on the day before delivery then you are unable to return the goods to us just because they are unwanted.
Faulty Goods
If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you wish to amend or cancel your order please let us know before 2pm on the day before delivery by either emailing us at orders@bennettsfarns.co.uk or telephoning us on 01905 422223, or making a change yourself via your online account by logging into your account and selecting the items you wish to cancel. If you are unsure about how to do it online, please email or telephone us.
Will any return costs be refunded?
As we request payment for items after they have been delivered to you at the end of each week, refunds will not be given, unless you have paid for items in advance that are not actually delivered in accordance with our other policies.
Any necessary refunds will be paid to you by bank transfer.
